How To Setup An Account With The Safe Cart Grocery Delivery

 

  • Click “Order Now”: Schedule a brief consultation so we can confirm service feasibility and learn your specific needs.

 

  • Sign the Delivery Contract: Review and sign an agreement outlining terms and granting pickup authorization—this contract then covers all your orders for the year.

 

Step 1 - Initial Contact and Consultation

  • Submit a Message Request: You initiate the process by clicking the “Order Now” button and filling out a contact form.
  • Provide Details: In the note field of the form, you can include any questions, suggestions, or specific instructions regarding your delivery needs.
  • Wait for Response: The Safe Cart will respond to your request, which may take a couple of hours due to his delivery schedule.
  • Consultation: Once contacted, you will have a consultation with The Safe Cart to determine if The Safe Cart Grocery Delivery can fulfill your specific service requirements.

Step 2 - Contract Agreement

Delivery Contract
  • Contract Sent: If both parties agree to proceed, a The Safe Cart Grocery Delivery contract will be emailed to you.
  • Contract Details: The contract will outline the specific delivery services you require and grant The Safe Cart Grocery Delivery permission to pick up your curbside order after showing a driver’s license at the selected store.
  • Annual Contract (Optional Renewal): The initial contract can remain in place for future orders within the year. After the contract expires, you have the option to renew it for another year if desired.

Step 3 - Placing Your Order

Placing Order
  • Order with the Business: You place your curbside order directly with the desired business (e.g., CVS, Walmart, Save Mart, Home Depot, etc).
  • Identify the Pickup: Crucially, you must include a note in your grocery order specifying that The Safe Cart will be picking up your order. This allows the merchant to identify them.

Step 4 - Pickup and Preparation

  • Order Pickup: The Safe Cart Grocery Delivery picks up your order from the designated business.
  • Verification: The Safe Cart verifies the contents of the order against the receipt.
  • Proper Packing: Groceries are properly packed in climate-controlled coolers to maintain their quality during transport.

Step 5 - Delivery

Delivered
  • Transportation: The Safe Cart Grocery Delivery transports your order to your specified residence or place of business.
  • Special Instructions: Any special delivery instructions you provided will be followed.
  • Delivery Confirmation: A photo of the delivered order is taken, and you will receive a confirmation text message to notify you that your order has been successfully delivered
