These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
- Arbitration Clause
You and The Safe Cart agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, your use of the Services, or any other interactions with The Safe Cart (collectively, “Disputes”) shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Safe Cart Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate with The Safe Cart Parties’ defense of such claim.
